Objectives

There are three main objectives when integrating your booking system with Wherewolf, being:

• Obtain guest data submitted in the booking process in order to avoid repetition by “pre-filling” waiver questions and speeding up the check-in.
• Use guest email address (supplied in the booking) to automatically send a pre-arrival link email to the guest, allowing waiver completion prior to arrival (speeding up onsite check-in, reducing queues and improving guest convenience).
• React to booking changes where amendments might be required before guest arrival.
• Send waivers or guest details back to the booking system after check-in is completed (2-way integration).
